Each contract is carefully tailored for and allocated spares are for your contract only and for efficiency and ease management we offer on-site spares if required. Confidently and not missing SLA’s we provide a 2-hour fix, 4-hour fix and NBD service which includes our engineer and all parts required onsite to fix within the SLA, all handled and managed by our UK 24×7 helpdesk.

Key features include access to technical support, various SLAs up to a 4-hour response.  Support ranges from 1st to 3rd line including escalation and management of issues with vendors.  Issues, incidents and requests are logged via email or phone and escalated to technical teams for support based on the severity and impact and of course SLA. Technical teams have the latest phone, email and remote support tools to ensure fast resolution.

Remote Support

Cisco software support
Our Cisco Support Service provides support for your Cisco hardware and software applications, incorporating hardware and software maintenance, updates, and upgrades to help increase business value, reduce cost, and protect your investment in Cisco products.  At half the cost of Smartnet we can offer Access to the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) for software issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, OS upgrades, updates, patch releases and onsite hardware replacement maintenance.
